Hi, I’m Andrew Raymond.
I used to think that I lived my life in a healthy way and always considered myself fit. And I believe that if you asked any of my family or friends they would probably echo my thoughts and tell you the same thing. I was an active distance runner and swimmer, competing throughout my childhood and teenage years and was in great shape, as are most high school athletes. Then when I went to college I gave up swimming and just kept running, but quickly lost motivation and eventually stopped running as well. Even though I wasn’t doing any physical activity any more, I kept the same diet and quickly realized that I was not really healthy, and I definitely wasn’t fit anymore.
“I was not really healthy, and I definitely wasn’t fit anymore.”
I tried to keep up with the running, but without a team or reason to train, I always felt like I didn’t have the time or motivation to stick with it on a consistent schedule. After college, I started working full time and obviously, as most of you can relate to, you don’t get more free time when you start a full-time job. After being out of college and working in the real world for a couple years, I was in the worst shape of my life. I could barely go out and run a couple miles without stopping and I had added about 10 inches around my waist. Something had to change.
This was my real introduction to the world of health and fitness. It was the start of my journey to getting into better shape and feeling better about myself again. I had no idea about all of the interesting information and the great people in this world of health and fitness, that I would learn about when I made this decision. This turned out to be a complete lifestyle change for me and sparked a new interest and passion to finding what it ACTUALLY means to be healthy and fit.
“I was in the worst shape of my life…. something had to change.”
After a lot of time spent researching, learning, and consuming everything I could by reading every health book I could get my hands on, using “Dr. Google” to find helpful reputable websites, countless hours listening to podcasts (my favorite being The Model Health Show with Shawn Stevenson), and establishing a good workout routine that produced results and fit into my life, I have finally gotten to a place where I actually feel good about my body again. But not only do I feel good about my body, I also feel better about every aspect of my life and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in.

“I have finally gotten to a place where I actually feel good”
I became very passionate about learning as much as I could and sharing as much information to as many people as I could. So I decided to follow that passion and become a health coach. I then enrolled at The Institute of Transformational Nutrition to be a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach (ongoing) so that I can continue to grow my knowledge and have the credentials to back it up. I want my clients to be confident that I truly care about their health and want to do everything I can to help them reach their goals.
Now It’s Your Turn!
Now, I want to help you! I will help take you from where you are, and guide you to where you want to be, by providing you valuable information and support. I firmly believe that you already have everything you need inside of you to create the life you want to live, and I’m here to help you access that.
My style of coaching is unique in that I practice a method of coaching called Transformational Nutrition, which redefines nutrition as “anything that feeds you – physically, mentally, and spiritually.” It’s the only coaching method that focuses on all three areas of healthy living which allows you to transform your health and your life at the same time.
Go ahead and take a look at the various coaching programs I offer. Then you can book your free discovery session for us to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and work together to decide on the best coaching program for you. I look forward to working with you.
Wishing you health,
Andrew Raymond
